A: We currently accept VISA and MasterCard for all orders. All prices are in USD.

Q: How long will it take before I receive my order?
A: NECCOStore.com ships via UPS. Most customers will receive their orders within 4-6 business days.
Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
A: At this time, NECCOStore.com can only ship orders within the United States.
Q: Do you ship to all addresses within the United States?
A: NECCOStore.com can only ship orders within the continental United States. We cannot ship to military addresses, U.S. territories, Hawaii or Alaska.
Q: Do you ship to PO boxes?
A: NECCOStore.com cannot ship to PO boxes.
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: We do not charge sales tax.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. All sales are final.
