Necco Wafers are made using a recipe that has hardly changed at all since they were first introduced. They contain no fat, gluten or nuts, and each assorted wafer roll contains random combinations of the eight famous flavors and colors: lemon (yellow), orange (orange), lime (green), clove (purple), cinnamon (white), wintergreen (pink), licorice (black) and chocolate (brown).
